French Pot with Gamberoni by Chef Olivier Elzer
A crossover of the French Classic Casserole with authentic Hong Kong festive Pun Choi (盤菜).
Delivered with a random selection by chef of either a brand new Dansk Pot, or a Sori Yanagi (柳宗理) iron cast pot.
Both brands of pot can be used with fire, induction, put in oven and refrigerator, multi purposes.

Choice of Soup Bases:
Fish Maw Oasis Fish Soup, or
Gamberoni Red Prawn Soup
Soak Soup Bag in Water to defrost
Soak 2 Food Packs in Water to defrost
Use of Pots:
Read the instruction of the new pot
Put 1.5 cm water in pot to heat, turn to medium heat
Open the big food pack (without gamberoni) and lay the food on the Pot, pour soup just to cover the food, cover lid
Bring to boil with high heat, boil for 10 minutes
Open the food pack with gamberoni, lay the food on top, cover the lid to continue heating for 10 minutes, add soup level liberally
Make sure all the food is heated thoroughly

Additional delivery fees for stairs - each floor charges for HKD$100 by the delivery man to the customer in cash
